Supported the planning and due diligence of sustainable water infrastructure across major US markets. Our work integrated diverse water resources – surface waters (creeks, rivers, reservoirs, and lakes), groundwater, reclaimed water, and rainwater harvesting – to meet aggressive sustainability targets. We assisted the development of water infrastructure, including intakes, outfalls, wellfields, water treatment plants, reclaimed water systems, pipelines, and discharge systems. We provided critical strategic support in Alternative Project Delivery, drafting robust RFPs for Progressive Design-Build and CM/GC models to accelerate speed-to-market while maintaining budget discipline.
